Over 1,000 people currently use Topps Private Hire for Airport Transfers each and every month.
Topps Private Hire fleet of over 60 vehicles is available for airport transfers to all of the United Kingdom’s airports, 24 hours a day, and 365 days a year. Booking an airport transfer is straightforward – you can call us email us or book online and as with all our private hire services, you will receive a text message with your driver’s name and number.
Chauffeur driven Mercedes-Benz E-Class or S-Class are also available for executive airport transfers on request.
Controllers at our office monitor the BAA website to check for flight delays, and will send your private hire or chauffeur driven car to arrive at the airport approximately 20 minutes before your flight is due to land. So if your incoming flight is delayed, Topps Private Hire will find out the ETA from the BAA website and allocate your car accordingly.
When you arrive back in to the airport after your trip, your driver will be waiting in the Arrivals to escort you to your car. Your driver will also be pleased to assist you with your luggage.
Heathrow Collection Points
Please Note:
Even when pre-booking a car (which we would always recommend) we request that for all terminals, passengers call your driver after you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Arrivals Hall.
Only then will the driver, who we will have waiting off-site, as close to the terminal building as possible, will make their way to the pick-up point within the Car Park.
Due to heightened restrictions at Heathrow, we are being forced to collect customers from inside the Car Parks as we are no longer permitted to load passengers on the terminal forecourts. Please see details below.
As a result of this, the price of the car park will be added to the cost of the journey (currently £3.50 minimum for the first 30 minutes (as of 26/1/15) except Terminal 4 Car Park which increases its rate in peak periods).
This is a policy which has been imposed upon us and we thank our customers for their understanding in this matter.

Terminal 1
Terminal 1 – Please ring on way out (see description above)
Terminal 1 International Arrivals – Pick-Up Point Within Car Park:
When you enter the Arrivals Hall, make your way out of the building through the doors on the left and cross the road where the London Black Cabs are. Proceed up the pedestrian ramp and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you near the top of the ramp, which is Level 1 Row B.

Terminal 1 Domestic Arrivals (incl Jersey) – Pick-Up Point Within Car Park:
The arrivals gate for domestic flights is on the Departures level. Turn right as you enter the Arrivals area from the baggage reclaim area and walk to the lifts on the right. Take the lift down to the Arrivals level, make your way out of the building through the doors on the right and cross the road where the London Black Cabs are. Proceed up the pedestrian ramp and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you near the top of the ramp.

Terminal 2
Terminal 2 – Please ring on way out (see description above)
Terminal 2 – Pick-Up Point Within Car Park:
When you come into the Arrivals Hall, follow the signs towards the Exit and Car Park. Take the lift on the other side of the large metal sculpture up to level 3 and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you near Zone D.

Terminal 3
Terminal 3 – Please ring on way out (see description above)
Terminal 3 – Pick-Up Point Within Car Park:
As you enter the arrivals hall follow the signs towards the Short Stay Car Park. Take the lift up, walk across the bridge and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you at the Pick Up Area as you enter the Car Park.

Terminal 4
Terminal 4 – Please ring on way out (see description above)
Terminal 4 – Pick-Up Point Within Car Park:
As you come into the Arrivals Hall from the Customs Hall, turn left and exit the building near WH Smiths, walk across the lanes towards the car park. Continue past the lifts and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you as you enter the Car Park.

Terminal 5

Terminal 5 International Arrivals – Pick-Up Point Within Car Park:
As you enter the Arrivals Hall, take the door to the left of Costa Coffee outside and walk across the forecourt to the lifts. Take the lift up to Level 1, and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you by Row L, near the Disabled Bays.

Terminal 5 Domestic Arrivals – Pick-Up Point Within Car Park:
As you enter the Arrivals Hall from the Customs Hall, continue straight along the concourse, past the Purple and Green Zones until you reach the Orange Zone. Take the door just past Costa Coffee outside and walk across the forecourt to the lifts. Take the lift up to Level 1, and once you have rung us to let us know you have passed passport control, collected any luggage and are making your way out of the Terminal building, we will meet you by Row L, near the Disabled Bays.

Terminal 5 International Arrivals – Inside Meeting Point:
When you enter the Arrivals Hall, make your way to Costa Coffee which is located directly in front of you. Your representative will be waiting there for you with your name on a board.
Terminal 5 Domestic Arrivals – Inside Meeting Point:
When you enter the Arrivals Hall, your representative will be waiting by the barrier in front of the Giraffe Juice Bar with your name on a board.
